William "Billy" Edward Mizell, Jr.

William Edward “Billy” Mizell, Jr, age 75, passed away May 12, 2022. He was a 1965 graduate of Leakesville High School. He then attended Jones Junior College for a time. He worked in several industries including the Leakesville Co-op. He enjoyed time outdoors, hunting and fishing. He never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew him. He was a loving brother and friend who will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Edward Mizell, Sr. and Minnie Vermell Josey Mizell McLean.

Those left to cherish his memory include his siblings, Helen (Bubba) Dickinson, Harris (Mildred) Mizell, Opal Ann Mizell and Bobby Gene (Connie) Mizell; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

The Visitation for William “Billy” Edward Mizell, Jr. will be Tuesday, May 17, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Pisgah Pentecostal Cemetery.
