William Lloyd Eubanks, SR.

William L. “Bill” Eubanks, Sr. passed away February 25, 2020. Early in life, he proudly served in the United States Navy. He went full-time farming after retiring from International Paper in Moss Point.  He was a Master Mason of the 32nd degree and a Shriner. He was a very hard-working farmer and businessman who inspired everyone around him to be better. He often said, “Your name would beat you where you’re going!” and “Everybody is Somebody!” His words of encouragement and positive attitude will be greatly missed.              

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon B. Eubanks; mother of his children, Maudie Aline McLeod Eubanks; son, William L. Eubanks, Jr. “Billy”; grandson, Christopher Ethan Eubanks; siblings, AF Eubanks and Sherria K. Eubanks. 

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Steven F. (Julie) Eubanks; daughters, Vicki Mizelle and Allison Eubanks; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 2 brothers and 5 sisters; numerous other relatives and friends.      

The Visitation for William L. “Bill” Eubanks will be at Moments Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM Friday, February 28, 2020. The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, February 29, 2020 beginning at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with his nephew Bro. Milton Robinson officiating as well as Bro. Joseph Ladner. Burial will follow in Rocky Creek cemetery. Pallbearers include Randy McLeod, Stacy Eubanks, Chuck Robbins, Michael Robbins, Eddie Holland and Jim Hinton. Honorary pallbearer will be Stanley McLeod.
