Wanda Ruth Rowlett Obituary

Wanda Ruth Tate Rowlett was born on May 28, 1937 in Web City, Missouri to Nellie Loriene Tate and Joseph Edward Tate. While still an infant, she lost her father to a freak accident. Her mother remarried Clarence Vernon Lee McCratic and he raised her along with her siblings, Virgil Lee, Lorene (Renie) and Shirley Mae McCratic. At the age of 10 her family moved to From Missouri to California where she grew up. She met the love of her life William Eugene Rowlett and they were married on October 1, 1955. Wanda has 2 sons, William Franklin (Frank) and Donald Eugene and raised them in North Hills, California. Wanda and her husband became ordained pastors of the Four Square faith in 1990, and went on to be Pastors of Panorama Full Gospel Four Square church in Panorama City, California. Wanda raised her children and grandchildren to be good stewards of the Lord and she herself was a fierce prayer warrior. In 2022, Wanda, her son Frank and his wife Marcia, moved to Lucedale, Mississippi, to be closer to her sister and brother in law, Shirley and Ben Pierce.

Wanda leaves behind, her 2 sons, 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews that will miss her presence and strength. Wanda was beloved, by both her California and new Mississippi church family. She will be missed.
