Timothy Noel Phillips

Timothy Phillips, age 60, passed peacefully with his family by his side on October 26, 2025. Devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, and brother who will be greatly missed.  

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lee Jay Phillips and Elsie Agusta Ellis Phillips; brother, Eddie Phillips.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Pam Phillips; daughters, Tiffany (Thomas Cotton) Mitchell, Monica Phillips, and Crystal (Seth) Tillman; grandchildren, Zabreena (Wade Pierce) Atwell, Taliyah Atwell, Selena Atwell, Mia Cotton, Ruben Barrera, Jr., Lluvia Barrera, Leila Barrera, Romeo Barrera, Brentley Tillman, and Lainey Tillman; siblings, Elizabeth (Pete) Nolan, Debrah (Kemper) Fore, Christine (Scott) Gill, and James Phillips; beloved aunt Esther Fleming; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.             

The Visitation will be Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Lawrence officiating.
