Ruth Marion Lambert

Ruth Marion Lambert, age 80, passed away peacefully April 22, 2023 with her loving family by her side. She was a faithful Christian of the Baptist faith who enjoyed gardening, flowers and fishing. She never met a stranger and would talk to anyone. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed.            

She is preceded in death by her husband, Leon E. Lambert; son, Donnie Lambert; brothers, Jimmy Wayne McLeod and Kyle McLeod; mother, Eva I. Chapman McLeod; great grandson, Easton Kristi.   

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Ronnie Lambert; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends include a dear roommate, Pat Nicholson.     

The Visitation for Ruth Lambert will be Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Willie Oldenquist officiating. Burial will follow in Red Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include Ronnie Lambert, Barry Lambert, Stanley Fryfogle, Kylin Thomas, Robert Brown and David Wall. Honorary Pallbearers include Robert Blocker, Larry Kirkwood and Jason McLeod.
