Ruby Bernice Anderson, age 84, passed away May 11, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was in the first graduating class of the George County campus of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. She was a faithful, lifetime member of New Antioch Full Gospel Church where she served as the secretary over 30 years. She was a very devoted wife, loving mother, Mawmaw, Mimi, sister and friend who will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her sons, Randy Anderson and Robert Anderson; parents, William M. Moote and Lourella Graham Moote; siblings, Billie Louise Moote.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 65 years, Charles Anderson, Sr.; children, Chuck Anderson, Lynn (Danny) Roberts; grandchildren, Jason (Dawn) Anderson, Alex Anderson, Vince Anderson, Brandi (Caleb) Coulter, Meleah Anderson, Elijah Anderson, Ross (Tessa) Anderson, Logan (Ryan) Wilkerson, Russel (Melanie) Wilkerson and Caleb (Dorian Griffen) Roberts; great grandchildren, Kyle (Cassidy) Carew, Ruby Anderson, Ciara Anderson, Dani Anderson, Brycen Coulter, Amylia Coulter, Carson Coulter, Randi Anderson, Addie Anderson, Laiken Anderson, Teagen Anderson, Gunner Anderson and Zeke Wilkerson; great-great grandchild, Grayson Carew; siblings, William (Mary) Moote, Jr. and Bertha Moote; daughter-in-laws, Amy Anderson and Sandy Anderson; numerous other relatives and friends.
The Wake will be Monday, May 15, 2023 beginning at 6:00 PM until the funeral on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at New Antioch Full Gospel Church with Bro. Heath Havard and Bro. Eddie Pitts officiating. Burial will follow in New Antioch Cemetery. Pallbearers include Danny Roberts, Caleb Coulter, Caleb Roberts, Jason Anderson, Vince Anderson and Kyle Carew. Honorary Pallbearers include Lester Stringer, Fred Livingston, Raymond McRae, Roy McRae, M.L. Patrick, Tyler Davis, Kristian McRae and Ethan Dunlap.
