Rosemary Reeves Rhymes

Rosemary Reeves Rhymes, age 72, passed away November 3, 2024. She was a member of Eastview Church of God and enjoyed quilting and growing beautiful flowers. She loved feeding and taking care of all the children who came through the cafeteria at L.C. Hatcher Elementary. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be missed.                  

She is preceded in death by her husband, J.K. Rhymes.   

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, John “Kenny” (Samantha Cooper) Rhymes; daughter, Kelly Rhymes (Darrell) Pipkins; grandchildren, Dallas Rhymes, Makayla Rhymes, JP Rhymes, Natasha (Wyatt) Gray, Quinton (Kate) Pipkins, and Gage Herrington; great grandchildren, Taylor Gray, Garrett Gray, Walker Gray, and Samuel Pipkins; numerous other relatives and friends.    

The Visitation will be Friday, November 8, 2024 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Hootie Maples and Bro. Bobby Morris officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Methodist Church in Benndale.
