Rita Elaine Howell

Rita Elaine Howell, age 66, passed away January 20, 2021. She liked to fish and cook, but mainly enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter and Memaw.         

She is preceded in death by her father, Eddie Goldman; brothers, Daryl Goldman and William Johnston.  

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Tony Howell; children, Anthony D. Howell, Timothy L. Howell, Renee E. Howell Holder and Regina E. Howell Helton; 7 grandchildren; mother, Doris Dean McIlwain; siblings, David (Sara) Goldman, Angie (Dale) Woods, Vincent (Monique) Goldman, Claiborne Johnston, Dean (Brian) Bailey and Jason (Gina) Johnston; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.                   

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 beginning at 11:00 AM at Moments Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Hill officiating.
