Ralph Bradley

Ralph Bradley, age 84, passed away December 20, 2024. He spent time during his childhood progressing with the Boy Scouts of America, and earned Eagle Scout status. After graduating from Leakesville High School in 1959, he joined the United States Air Force. He later transferred to the United States Coast Guard, where he served over 28 years. He traveled greatly during this time, including time with Operation Deep Freeze which included seven trips to the North and South Poles. The bonds formed with his “Coastie” friends in the service remained for a lifetime. He was a faithful member of Leakesville United Pentecostal Church. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend.        

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Melvin Eugene and Minnie Lee Gibson Bradley; brother, John Bradley.     

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Ann Bradley; children, Ralph Scott Bradley, Teresa (Jace) Chancelor, Rhonda (Bud) Sumrall, and Pam (Adair) Bradley; grandchildren, Chad (Ashley) Bradley, Dalton (Kayla) Bradley, Whitney (Cole) West, Zachery Cannette, Elizabeth (Daniel) Harry, Jana (Matt) Mattern, Nicholas Drew Bradley, Jacob (Presley) Bradley, Joshua (Serenity) Bradley, Haley Bradley, and Eli Bradley; 25 great grandchildren; sister, Maxine Dueitt; numerous other relatives and friends.        

The Visitation will be Tuesday, December 31, 2024 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home Leakesville. The Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Myron Schilling officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pisgah United Pentecostal Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include Chad Bradley, Dalton Bradley, Zachery Cannette, Nicholas Drew Bradley, Jacob Bradley, Joshua Bradley, Matthew Mattern, and Daniel Harry.
