Patrick Levins

Patrick “Rick” Levins, a resident of George County, passed away at the age of 54 surrounded by his loving family. He was a crane operator most of his life and truly loved his work family. He married Regina Nichols and the couple had three sons. He enjoyed spending as much free time as possible with his family. Rick was also a member of Temple of Praise Christian Center. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to so many. He will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Buford B. and Patricia G. Levins.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 30 years, Regina Levins; sons, Jason (Kayla) Levins, Ricky (Andra) Levins and Chance Levins; sister, Linda (Tom) Nary; brother, Jason (Rena) Levins; grandchildren, Bentley, Blakeli, Case and Wade Levins and Blakelee Fryfogle; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The Visitation for Mr. Patrick Levins will be Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Temple of Praise. The Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM in the church sanctuary with Bro. Jourdan Greene and Bro. Mike McLeod officiating.  Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Lemmie Johnston, Calep Charlton, Darren Woods, Chuck Johnston, Cody Nichols and Austin Hamilton.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Temple of Praise building fund.
