Opal Ann Mizell

Opal Ann Mizell, age 75, passed away January 3, 2026.

She is proceeded in death by her husband, Terry Parnell; parents, Edward and Minnie Vermell Mizell; and brother, William Mizell.    

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Teresa (Bobby) Moore, James (Araceli) Parnell, Donna Parnell and Phillip (Casey Vera) Parnell; grandchildren, Jonathan Parnell, Joshua Parnell, Leslie Parnell, Steven Hatcher, Joseph Hatcher, Amelia Parnell, Theodore Parnell; siblings, Helen (Woodrow) Dickinson, Harris Mizell, and Bobby (Connie) Mizell; nephews, Jerry (Amber) Dickinson and Christopher Mizell; nieces Dana Tripp, Bobbie Jo Richard, and Tammy Perkins; numerous other relatives and friends.                 

The Visitation will be Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Mt. Pisgah Pentecostal Church. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM in the church sanctuary with Bro. Karl Causey officiating. Burial will follow in Mt Pisgah Pentecostal Church Cemetery.
