Milton Earl Lamb Jr.

Milton Earl Lamb, Jr., age 80, passed away April 28, 2023. He was a graduate of Agricola High School and continued his education at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College then The University of Southern Mississippi where he received an Engineers Degree. He owned and operated Radio Shack in Lucedale for over 30 years. He was a member of Movella Missionary Baptist Church and a HAM Radio operator for many years, WA5JZL. He was a devoted husband, loving father, PawPaw and dear friend.                 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Milton Earl Lamb, Sr. and Ogretta Tanner Lamb; brothers, Danny Ray Lamb, Robert Carl Lamb.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 58 years, Racille Godwin Lamb; children, Mandy (Rod) Sumrall and Tim (Annie) Lamb; grandchildren, Blaire (Brandon) Fairley, Clint (Jodi) Sumrall, Kalli Lamb, Davis Lamb and Laci Lamb; great grandchildren, Carter McMillan, Carson Sumrall, Cortlynn Sumrall, Caybrie Sumrall, Darla Fairley, Brady Fairley, Ridge Fairley, Ryker Fairley and Kenna Redd; long time family friend, Chris Howell; numerous other relatives and friends.  

The Graveside Service will be Monday, May 1, 2023 beginning at 5:00 PM at Movella Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Sean Berch and Chris Howell officiating. Pallbearers include Clint Sumrall, Steve Lewis, Andy Rouse, Brandon Fairley, Buster Dixon and Kevin Welford.
