He is preceded in death by his brother, Gene Parnell; sister, JDonna Parnell.
Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Donnie and Charlott Parnell; brothers, David (Amy) Parnell and Christopher (Jenny) Parnell; nephew, Kyle Parnell; numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
