Mason William Cure, 33, passed away on March 4, 2026.
Shortly after graduating high school, Mason proudly enlisted in the United States Coast Guard, where he honorably served his country with company D-185. He had a deep love for the outdoors and especially enjoyed spending time fishing.
Above all, Mason loved being a dad. He was a devoted father and a loving son, brother, uncle, and close friend. Known for his kind heart and caring nature, he touched the lives of many who had the privilege of knowing him.
Mason will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved him.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Linda Miller Jimenez and Blas Jimenez, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Kathy and Charles Almon Cure.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Kenneth Blas Cure; significant other, Hannah Trosclair; parents, Tina and Charles Cure; sisters, Khrystal (Cameron) Davidson, and Erica (Matthew) Daniels; brother, Rideher Cure; nieces and nephews, Connor Davidson, Kal’el Daniels, Kara Daniels, Scottie Daniels, Xiya Cure, and Xaybel Cure; uncles, Blas (Sophia) Jimenez, Jr., Vincent Jimenez, Cory Cure and Michael (Shane) Hobson; aunt, Sandy Cure; numerous other relatives and friends.
The Visitation will be Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow beginning at 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
