Mary "Lou" Louise Havard

Mary Louise “Lou” Havard, age 77, passed away August 11, 2025. She was a member of Caswell Springs Methodist Church and greatly enjoyed baking, fishing, and cooking for her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Adolphus and Ophelia Price; parents-in-law, Ernest and Ina Faye Havard; brothers, Cordell Poteet, Wiley Barnes, James Campbell, Billy Stevens; precious dog, Cesar.     

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 29 years, Frankie Havard; daughter, Felica (Mike) Carr; grandchildren, Megen (Jeffrey) Lowe, and Dustin (Raelynn) Carr; great grandchildren, Mackinlee Lowe, Jeffrey Lowe, Carleigh Lowe, Charleigh Lowe, and Evelynn Carr; siblings, Cathy Lowe, Garland (Sluzie) Campbell, Dove Cooper; sisters-in-law, Sharon Campbell and Sue Barnes; special niece, Theresa (Byron) Dodgen; beloved cousin, Cindy Hope Clark; sweet pet dog Willie; numerous other relatives and friends.     

The Visitation will be Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home.  The Funeral Service will follow beginning at 4:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Sam McClure officiating. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery in Rolling Fork, Mississippi.
