Margaret Jeanette Miller, age 85, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025. A woman of unwavering faith, she was a devoted member of Leakesville Missionary Baptist Church for many years. Her deep love for the Lord shone brightly in every aspect of her life, which she lived as a true testament to His grace, kindness, and mercy.
A dedicated homemaker, she found joy and purpose in caring for her family. Her quiet strength, gentle spirit, and selfless love touched everyone who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, compassion, and devotion that will continue to inspire those she loved.
She will be deeply missed by all who had the blessing of knowing her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Miller; parents, Charles C. Pipkins and Lilly Brewer Pipkins; grandson, Michael John Miller; sisters, Dot Stanford and Marie Hodges.
She is survived by her sons, Michael (Carolyn) Miller, Charles (Lisa) Miller; daughter, Renee (Darron) Hodge; grandsons, John Everett Hodge, Edward Delos (Melodie) Hodge, Christopher Lee (Haley) Miller; granddaughter, Victoria Leigh Miller; great-grandchildren, Savannah and Shyan Hodge, Sophie and Serenity Hodge, Madalyn Miller, Addy and Avery McAteer, Caleb (Hannah) Miller; great-great grandson, Waylon Hodge.
The Visitation will be Friday, September 19, 2025 at Leakesville Missionary Baptist Church from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM in the church sanctuary with Elder Mike Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Sweetwater Cemetery. Pallbearers include Christopher Miller, Delos Hodge, and Wayne Hodges.
