Loretta L. Waltman

Lynda L. Waltman, age 55, passed away January 13, 2025. She was a 1987 graduate of George County High School and a 1995 graduate of MGCCC where she received her LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse). Her passion in life was her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend to everyone she met. She loved to crochet and was an avid reader and follower of the Bible.              

She is preceded in death by her son, Joseph Edward Waltman; Father, Jerald E. Ranager; mother-in-law, Ola Lois Fortner.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Brad Waltman; children, Joshua Wesley Waltman, and Jessica Grace (James) Nobles; grandchildren, Jaden Elizabeth Waltman, Joseph Edward Waltman, Jr., Gabbriella Rose Waltman, Matthew Wesley Waltman, Marcus Cade Waltman, Ameliya Mae Waltman, Natalie Grace Waltman, and Jon Paul Nobles; mother, Lynda M. Leggett Ranager; siblings, Jarvis (Kelly) Ranager, and Frances (Tommy) Kline; numerous other relatives and friends.      

The Visitation will be Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Moments Funeral Home from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM. The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Curtis Leggett, Bro. Larry Havard and Bro. Jason Holland officiating. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery. Pallbeaers include, Joshua Waltman, Braden Kline, Jacob Ranager, Cody Patterson, James Nobles, and Chris Rouse.
