Linda Joy Glidewell Pierce

Linda Joy Glidewell Pierce, age 76, passed away December 21, 2021. She was an active member of Wade Baptist Church. She spent her time cooking, reading, watching sports and spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed.   

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Wendy Glidewell; parents, Juanita and Ray Glidewell; father, Erskin Beasley; sister, Sheryl Ledet; parents-in-law, Doris and Isadore Pierce.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Ronald Pierce; daughter, Amy (Jackie) Owenby; son, Chris Pierce; granddaughter, Brittany (Brett) Middleton; great grandsons, Chandler and Grey Middleton; great granddaughter, Brielle Middleton; brother, Stanley Beasley and Kevin (Allyn) Prill; sister, Teresa (Dick) Dixon; brother-in-law, Ron Ledet; numerous nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.              

The Memorial Service will be at Wade Baptist Church on Monday, December 27, 2021 beginning at 6:00 PM with Bro. Brannon Lott officiating.
