Linda Faye Stringer Beasley, age 78, went home to be with the Lord on August 30, 2025. She was a faithful homemaker who adored watching her children and grandchildren grow and flourish. She enjoyed outdoor cookouts with family and friends. She also loved to travel and soak up the sun in Gulf Shores. She attended Crossroads Free Pentecostal Church as long as her health would allow. She was a prankster to those she loved and will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond “Dick” Howell; second husband, James Darrell “J.D.” Beasley; parents, Olur Vernon “O.V.” Stringer and Jewel Telitha Read Stringer; brother, Mitchell “Mickey” Vernon Stringer.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Rachel Telethia “Rae-Rae” Beasley, and DaLinda (Chuck) Hefner; grandchildren, Bethany LeAnne Beasley, Ashby Jewel Hefner, and Colton Mitchell Hefner; great grandchildren, Chance M. Granger, Jr., and Landyn Reid Beasley; sister, Jeannie Stringer Ballow; sister-in-law, Patsy Stringer; numerous other relatives and friends.
The Visitation will be Friday, September 5, 2025 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 6, 2025 beginning at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Harry Cochran officiating. Burial will follow in Crossroads Free Pentecostal Church Cemetery.
