Larry Wayne Nicholson

Larry Wayne Nicholson, age 77, passed away August 20, 2023.          

He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Everett Nicholson; parents, Carl and Reatha Nicholson; son, Shawn D’Wayne Nicholson; siblings, Mike Nicholson, David Nicholson, Gerald Nicholson, Linda Hovatter and June Martin.       

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Flossie Nicholson; daughters, Christina (Dale) Stokley and Dee Dee Adams; step-sons Thomas (Becky) Havard, Terry (LaWanna) Havard, and Wesley Havard; grandchildren, Amberlee (Jason) Hokanson, Patrick Dickerson, Brinklee Eubanks, Cassidy Nicholson, Anthony (Cassidy) McLeod, Keasha (David) Merritt, Tasha Havard, Kaitlyn Havard, Tyler Havard, Zachery Havard, Raylon Havard, Landon Havard and Lana Havard; 17 great grandchildren; sister, Gail Gibson; numerous other relatives and friends.                  

The Visitation for Larry Nicholson will be Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Abundant Grace United Pentecostal Church (formerly Ward United Pentecostal Church). The Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM in the church sanctuary with Bro. Randy Salisbury and Bro. Johnny Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Rocky Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers include Anthony McLeod, Patrick Dickerson, Thomas Havard, Keith Howard, Robert Nicholson and Andy Nicholson. Honorary Pallbearers include Terry Havard and Wesley Havard.
