Juanita Ellington Newman

Juanita Ellington Newman, age 77, passed away February 2, 2025. She was a member of Epworth Methodist Church and enjoyed dancing in her younger years, playing bingo, but most importantly spending time with her family. She will be truly missed by all who were honored to know her.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda Martin and parents, John and Catherine Ellington.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 58 years, Charles Newman; children, Erin (James) Phipps and Lacey (Sam) Guy; grandchildren, Christian Phipps, Corey (Tyler) Flowers and Elizabeth Hall; great grandsons, Everhett Flowers and Samuel Guy Jr.; numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, February 7, 2025, at Epworth Methodist Church beginning at 11:00 am. Bro. Tommy Gaillard will officiate
