Jonathan Ryan West, age 43, passed away December 6, 2025. He was a fun-loving guy with a great sense of humor, a huge heart, and a true one of a kind personality. Ryan had a special ability to always live in the moment. Never was he one to worry or to make plans. He never met a stranger and could make friends in minutes no matter where you took him. Ryan enjoyed fishing, music, history, films, animals, creating unique art pieces, and helping others. Most of all he enjoyed connecting with people and could converse for hours with anyone. Ryan was a veteran of the U.S. Army, a hard worker, and a very loving grandson, son, brother, nephew, uncle, and friend to many. He will be greatly missed!!
He is preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Joyce Woodson Bourque; paternal grandparents, Betty West and Gerald West; maternal grandparents, Peggy Tatum and Robert Woodson; great grandparents, Omer Boyce “John” Keyes, Roberta “Bertie” Keyes, Easter Alois West, and John Noble West; cousin, Ethan Whittington.
