Johnny Wayne “Wayne” Seals, age 74, of Lucedale, passed away on May 27, 2026. He was born on March 5, 1952, to the late Jonnie B. Seals and Rosa Lee Seals. Wayne was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who deeply loved his family. He took great pride in his children and grandchildren and cherished the time spent with them. Known for his kind spirit and love for the outdoors, Wayne was an avid hunter and fisherman who found joy and peace in nature. He worked for many days in the oil and natural gas pipeline fields.

Wayne will be remembered for his love of family, his appreciation for the outdoors, and the many memories he created with those he loved. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his siblings, TJ Seals, Nell Cooley, Bonnie Keel, T-Bill Seals, Nancy Lynch, and Ina Mae Coleman.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Sandra Seals; children, Chad (Sabrina) Seals and Brittney Bryant; beloved grandchildren, Emily Seals, Marlee Bryant, Noah Seals, Brayleigh Bryant, and Maykala Bryant; siblings, Bobby Rae Seals and Jackie (Perry) Pierce; numerous other relatives and friends.

The Visitation will be Wednesday, June 3, 2026 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Donald Brown officiating. Graveside will follow at Rocky Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Josh Pierce, William Childress, Jacob Childress, Jonnie Seals, Jeff Bass, and Nathan Brown. Honorary bearers are Brandon Seals and Lovell Williams.
