Johnny Elbert Carter, age 79, passed away June 29, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John Thomas “JT” and Winnie Ester Carter.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Stephanie Yvonne Carter (Emmanuel Mendoza); grandsons, Austin Moore and Corey Moore; sisters, Janice Carter and Kay Carter Richmond; niece, Jene Black Smith.
