Janice Irene Shows

Janice Irene Shows, age 71, passed away July 12, 2025. She was an avid bible reader, an artist, and a frequent traveler. Her favorite place to visit was Big Ben National Park in Texas. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.        

She is preceded in death by her parents, Atley and Addie Hester; sisters, Pauline Lipford and Joyce Lindsey; brothers, Charles Hester, Eudean Hester, and Roger Hester; stepdaughter, Patrice McCraw.    

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Stanley Shows; sons, Christopher Shows and John Shows; stepdaughters, Felicia Taylor and Kelly Grigsby; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.

The Visitation will be Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Moments Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, July 19, 2025 beginning at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Joel Taylor Sr officiating. Burial will follow in Finch Cemetery. Pallbearers include Joel Taylor Jr, Marshall Acklin, Josh Lutrell, Bryan Davidson, Rae Marie Taylor, and Kenny Cook.
