Mr. James Holliman, of Lucedale passed away at the age of 64 on Friday, August 17, 2018. He was born to Mr. Linzey and Mrs. Lucindy Holliman. He worked in the construction industry doing drywall for many years. He enjoyed fishing but his passion was horses. He was a member of Rhymes Missionary Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Linzey and Lucindy Holliman; brothers, Lee “Porky” Holliman and Melvin Lynwood Holliman; sister, Linda Gail Hamilton; grandson, Corey Holland.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Mary Nell Holliman; children, Jason (Larae) Holliman, Jamie Holliman and Linsey (Zackrey) Cox, Haley Wilson; step-children, Jonny (Elizabeth) Wilson, Michael Holland and Corey (Stephanie) Wilson; grandchildren, Nicholas, Deanna, Justin, Gracie, Cecily and Christopher Holliman, Mikey and Emily Holland, Kayleigh, Laila, Cadum, Channing and Corah Wilson, Zachery Frentz, Lyrik Cox, Ashley Holland and Abbagail Hollandhead; great-grandchildren, Nola Grace Miller, River Bond and Carter Bond; step-mother, Jeanette Holliman; siblings, Karen (Gary) Buchanan, Kaye (Paul) Harvison, Betty Jane Smith and Michael Holliman.
The Visitation for Mr. James Holliman will be on Saturday, August 18, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be on Sunday, August 19, 2018 in the funeral home chapel beginning at 2:00 PM with Bro. William Davis, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in New Antioch cemetery. Pallbearers include Marty Davis, Larry Hutchison, Aaron Davis, Robbie Joe Parker, Hunter Wells and Chris Holliman. Honorary pallbearers will be Christian Havard and Jon Wilson.
