Isaac Marvin Pierce

Isaac Marvin Pierce, age 35, passed away on December 24, 2024 at his home in Flagstaff, Arizona. He was a 2008 graduate of Stanford Christian Academy in Mobile, Alabama. Isaac was a deep thinker with a large imagination, a great sense of humor and a big heart. He enjoyed long walks in the woods, playing video games and listening to all genres of music. He loved time spent with family and friends, root beer floats, gravy biscuits and a Big One from Wards. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and dear friend. The world has lost a great treasure who will truly be missed.      

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Nancy Pierce; grandfather, Clifton Hicks.   

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Kim (Bill) Sowell; siblings, Collins (Emily) Pierce, Dawson (Jaden) Pierce, Rylee (Ben Kittrell) Pierce and Luke (Tab) Sowell; nephews, Atlas Pierce and Owen Pierce; father, Marvin Pierce; grandmother, Donna Hicks; grandfather, Marvin (Valerie) Pierce, Jr.; uncles Scott (Tammy) Hicks and Rudolph (Cindy) Hicks; special cousin, Serena Chesmore; numerous other relatives and friends.         

The Visitation will be Friday, January 3, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Moments, Funeral Home, Leakesville. The Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. John Blackwell officiating. Burial will follow in Hicks Family Cemetery. Pallbearers include Caleb Breland, Ryan Courtney, Little Tom Pierce, James Pierce, Derek Cone, and Davis Hicks. Honorary Pallbearers include Andrew Hicks, and Tyson Hicks.
