Imogene Butler

Imogene Butler, age 85, passed away September 20, 2024. She loved to go shopping and going out to eat. She will be greatly missed by all who were honored to know her.            

She is preceded in death by her husband, Vertis “Bob” Butler; parents, Henry and Myrtle Armond; daughter, Brenda Miller; siblings, Johnny Armond, Bo Armond, Tiny Armond, Geraldene Armond, and Elaine Armond.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Bobby (Erlene) Butler, Lisa (Gene) Tanner, Aaron (Jamie) Butler, and Twyla Tanner; grandchildren, Richard (Ryann) Tanner, Zachary (Holly) Butler, Brandy (Jeremy) Wilson, Jessica (Boo) Miller, Jennifer Butler, Jacob Tanner, Ashley Butler, Nicole Tanner, Stephanie Butler, and Eva Butler; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.

The visitation will be Monday, September 23, 2024 at Moments Funeral Home from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm. The funeral will begin at 12:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with graveside following at Movella Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Randy Jourdan will Officiate. Pallbearers will include Boo Miller, Richard Tanner, Jacob Tanner, Jeremy Wilson, Garrett Wilson, Zachary Butler, and honorary pallbearer Gene Tanner.
