Grady Earl Wooley

Grady Earl Wooley, age 79, passed away November 12, 2025. He proudly served in the United States Army and served in Vietnam. He greatly enjoyed the outdoors including hunting, fishing, and camping. He also loved to cook but most importantly, he loved his family. He will be greatly missed.               

He is preceded in death by his father, Herbert Truitt Wooley; mother, Lola Aniece Gartman; Grandson, Ethan Gregory Wooley; great grandson, Robert Matthew Christian; sister, Della Faye Gartman; brothers, William Otis Wooley and Herbert Alvin Wooley.       

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 59 years, Addie Elaine Wooley; daughters, Penny Malissa Wooley, Pamela Lynn (Keith) Wooley; Son, Gregory Truitt (Christie) Wooley; grandchildren, Kylia Christian, James Wooley, Christen Pepper, Katelynn McKissick, Dustin Nezat; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Diane McClure and Bobbie Williams; brothers, Malcolm Wooley and Paul Gartman; numerous other relatives and friends.

The Visitation will be Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Moments Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Phillip McKissick officiating. Burial will follow in Howell Cemetery. Pallbearers include Dustin Nezat, James Wooley, Shaun Gartman, Colbie Wainwright, Josh Wainwright, and Ryan Redmond. Honorary pallbearer will be Dylan Christian.
