Evelyn Rae (Fulcher) Harding

Evelyn Rae Fulcher Harding, age 71, passed away September 1, 2024. She was born January 14, 1953 in New Orleans. She grew up in Greenville, Mississippi where she met her husband. The couple later moved to Gautier where they got in church and raised their children. She loved the Lord, her children, and her grandkids. She worked at Walmart, later became a bus monitor on the Head Start bus and worked at a daycare. She eventually settled as a homemaker, caring for her husband and family. She loved to tell how God delivered her and filled her with the Holy Ghost. She loved talking about the Bible and praying.  

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Harding; children, Jimmy Harding, and Crystal Martin; parents, Lonna Mae Donham Fulcher and James M. Fulcher; siblings, John Fulcher, Alice Fulcher, and Betty Morrisey.  

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter-in-law, Alethia Pope; grandchildren, Celeste Martin, Justin (Brittany) Martin, Joshoua Martin, Angela (Timothy) Erkhart, Eli Harding; great grandchildren, Paris and Londyn Martin, Tristen, Logan, and Paige Erkhart.  

The Visitation will be Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Phillip McKissick and Bro. Coley Dungan officiating. Burial will be in Vaiden Cemetery in Carrol County, Mississippi.
