Eula Lavone “Von” Havard

Eula Lavone “Von” Havard, 82, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Providence Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. 

Mrs. Havard was born on December 22, 1942, to Mr. Gavin and Mrs. Eula Mae Howell Havard in Lucedale.

She survived by her children, Louis Elliott (Tammy) Havard II, Catherine (Phil) Holland, Mary (Joe) Davis, Angela (Bill) Tanner, Julia (Shane) Bullock and Jeff Parker; grandchildren, Phillip Holland, Brook Goff, Sean (Keli) Holland, Becky (Chuck) Stanaway, Austin (Skyla) Tanner, Elijah Tanner, Nicole (Byron) Dees, Louis Elliott Havard III, Lee (Joseph) Daniel Turnbaugh, Elliott (Sara) Daniel, Lauren Daniel, Jacob Brewer, and Garret Bullock; great grandchildren, Rylie Holland, Magnolia Holland, Evie Holland, Ezra Stanaway, Lincoln Stanaway, Hallie Tanner, Gabe Tanner, Walt Tanner, Clara Tanner, and Hiram Daniel; siblings Dalton (Judy) Havard and Joyce (Curtis) Smith; sister-in-laws Evelyn (Ormond) Cronier and Belinda Havard; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Louis Elliott Havard Sr.; parents, Gavin and Eula Mae Havard; brothers, Eltroy Havard, Sonny Havard, Bill Havard, and Jim Havard; sister, Carolyn Cook; nephew, Perry Cook.

Funeral Services for Eula Lavone “Von” Havard, 82, of Lucedale will be held Friday, November 7, 2025 at Rocky Creek Baptist Church at 12:00 PM. The Visitation is from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Officiating the services will be Dr. Paul Brashier and Bro. Sean Holland. Burial will be in Rocky Creek cemetery. 

Pallbearers include Phillip Holland, Sean Holland, Austin Tanner, Lee Daniel, Elliott Daniel, Louis Havard III, and Scottie Havard.
