Dorothy Lee Bouler, age 71, passed away May 25, 2026, on Maw-Morial Day. She was devoted to her family and served as the heart of it all, a true matriarch whose love and care guided generations. She greatly enjoyed movies, evidenced by her extensive collection of VHS tapes and DVDs, and one of her favorite pastimes was introducing the next generation to the classics she loved. Despite battling medical issues for many years, she continually fought her way back to health so she could continue caring for and supporting her loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Donald Bouler, and Dwayne Walters; parents, Clifton Cochran and Margaret Evelyn Adams (Richard)King; siblings, Joseph “Joey” Ervin Cochran, Jarman Clifton Cochran, Jr., Irene King, Sallie Nelson, Polly Tadlock, Robert King, and Margaret Ann Rogers; grandson, Trenton Havens; daughter-in-law, Patricia Havens; son-in-law, Bernel “BJ” Pavolini.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, James Havens, Jarman (Marsha) Havens, Samantha Pavolini, Sallie (Sam) Ladner, Josie (Chris) Burns, and Dorothy Marie (Josh) Saucier; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Jessie Shows, Judith Barnhill, Mary Sue Rogers, Mable Shoemaker, Vickie Coulter, Woody Cochran; other relatives and friends.
The Visitation will be Friday, May 29, 2026 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Crossroads Methodist Church Cemetery.
