Darla Nanette (Smith) Brewer

Mrs. Darla Brewer, 59, of Bay Springs, passed away at Anderson Regional Medical Center on Friday, January 08, 2016.  She was a member of Friendship Methodist Protestant Church.  Ms. Darla was known for helping out anyone around her community that was in need.  She was a hard worker and was well loved by all of her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Smith and Mary Ellen Green; and her grandparents, Lee R and Anna Bell Busby.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Tommy Brewer; sons, Brian (Frankie) Smith, Brett Graham, and Brent (Kim) Wohlscheid, Thomas (Kelly) Brewer, Jr., Michael Shane Brewer; daughter, Crystal Dawn Brewer; 20 grandchildren; sisters, Mary Francis (Levon) Hudson and Charlotte (Tomie) Deitz; aunts, Norma Lee Westfaul, Ola Mae Ishee, and Melba J. Walley, uncles, Aubrey (Polly) Busby and Dennis (Mary) Busby; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, January 11, 2016 from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm at Freeman Funeral Home.  A Graveside Service will be held following the visitation at 2 pm at William Pierce Cemetery with Bro.
