Constance Elaine "Connie" Lancaster

Constance Elaine “Connie” Woodard Lancaster, age 76, passed away June 16, 2025. She was a faithful and active member of Lucedale Church of God where she served in many roles. She was a genuine caregiver and ministered to the needs of people wherever she went. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend in the community. She will be greatly missed.  She also served for many years as an Election Commissioner in George County.        

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Luther “Kenny” Lancaster; her son, Kenneth Jeffery Lancaster; parents, AR and Frances Woodard.   

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Sandy (Kevin) White and Jennifer (Anthony) Erkhart; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Jordan) Cochran, Jordan Lee Cochran, and Micah Lane White; great grandchildren, Laikyn Cochran, Logan Cochran, Lillian Rae Cochran, Ollie Cochran, Parker Cochran, Kendra Cochran; siblings, Wilda Dement, Selina Holifield, Sonja (Jason) Fallon, Bebe (Jim) Weaver; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.        

The Visitation will be Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Lucedale Church of God. The Funeral Service begin at 1:00 PM with Bro. Brandon Stanford, Bro. Eugene Eubanks, and Bro. Eric Richard officiating. Burial will follow at Arlie Ray Woodard Family Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jeffrey Cochran, Jordan Cochran, Jamie Dement, Ty Richard, Bryce O’Neal, and Jason Fallon. Honorary Pallbearers include Micah White, Logan Cochran, and Stephen Hood.
