Christopher "Chris" Kirk Osborne Obituary

Christopher “Chris” Kirk Osborne, age 55, passed away January 24, 2026. He loved Jesus and had a passion for painting. He was employed at Ingalls Ship Building and worked in contract painting prior. He greatly loved his family and will be deeply missed.                   


He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Rufus and Margie Osborne, Elmer Dee and Lessie Weaver; uncle, Wayne Osborn.    


Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Juanita “WaWa” Osborne; children, CJ Osborne (Marina), Carley (Dylan) Overstreet, Colton Osborne, Anthony (Taylor) Walley, and Ryan (Rylee) Walley; grandchildren, Kenleigh Rae, Sawyer, Ember, Kingston, and Brandon; parents, Mitchell and Gloria Osborne; brother, Mitch (Sandy) Osborne; aunt, Nell Osborn; niece, Katy Osborne; nephews, Logan Osborne and Ricky Osborne; special relatives, Leanetta Hall, Cristal (Scotty) Tallmage, Lee (Brooke) Keeter, Marlo Rogers, Robert McColpin, Johnnie (Tony) Driggers, and Linwood Hendrix, DuWayne Osborn and Kelly Slater; close friends, Kathy Miller, John Thomas, and John Cunningham; numerous other relatives and friends.


The Visitation will be Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Ridglea Heights Baptist Church. The Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM in the church sanctuary with Bro. Dustin Stewart and Bro. Mitch Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in Macphelah Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Logan Osborne, Delta Stringfellow, CJ Osborne, Anthony Walley, Ryan Walley, Dylan Overstreet, Clay Smith, and Kevin Powell.
