Charlotte Ann Brill

Charlotte Brill, age 78, passed away August 30, 2024. She was born July 25, 1946. She retired from the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Ms. Brill loved spending time with family on her back porch, her large assortment of plants, extra sugar in her coffee, watching the hummingbirds and trips to the nail salon. She always had a smile on her face and an abundance of love to share. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend to everyone. In her final days, she was surrounded by her family left to cherish the memories of her love, wisdom, and fun-loving personality.    

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ennis Anthony Grady and Virginia Yvonne Grady; step-son, Joey Brill; brother, Walter Grady.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Joseph Brill; children, Katherine Hudson, Jennifer (Shane) Havard; step-children, Marilyn McDaniel, and Todd Brill; grandchildren, Toni Atkins, Skye Smith, Laine Davis, Katie Davis, Harrison Havard, Derrik McDaniel, Luke McDaniel, Wyatt Brill, Joey Brill, Ashley McDaniel; siblings, Rosie Graham, and Pam Shows; numerous great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.  

The Visitation will be Wednesday, September 4, 2024 from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Harry Cochran officiating. Burial will follow at Carter Cemetery. Pallbearers include Shane Havard, Harrison Havard, Jared Davis, Tony Davis, Ryan Stringfellow, and Hunter Gibson.
