Blake Edward Phillips

Blake Edward Phillips, age 32, passed away July 20, 2025. He never met a stranger and loved everyone he came in contact with. Blake was a proud graduate of George County High School class of 2012. He was very proud of his faith, Christianity, and his country. He met the love of his life, Courtney, at Winter Jam in Mobile in 2019 and were engaged on Christmas day 2021. He loved Alabama football, iced coffee, cowboy hats, but most importantly his family. He will be greatly missed by all who were honored to know him.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dewey Elgin Williams and Josephine Antoinette Strickland.

Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Ed and Belinda Phillips; grandparents, Albon and Betty Phillips; fiancé, Courtney Nicole Johnson; aunts, Anita Fleming, Amanda Havard, and Rebecca Avery; great-aunt, Mary Kay Dunnam; numerous other relatives and friends.

The Visitation will be Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Moments Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The Funeral Service will be Friday, July 25, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Graveside will follow at Hilltop Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Daman Avery, Aiden Avery, Natalie Gray, Dylan Fleming, Teddy Gregory, and David Shull.
