Anthony Ray “Tony” Harvison, age 65, passed away December 14, 2024. He was a 1981 graduate of Leakesville High School. A devoted husband, father, stepfather, and master craftsman, Tony’s life was defined by his dedication to his family and his love for hard work.
He is preceeded in death by his parents, William and Elizabeth Ann Baxter Harvison; siblings, Etta Ann Parnell, William Clinton Harvison, Elmer Alexander “Bo” Harvison, John Robert “Bobby” Harvison, and Aaron Andrew Harvison; father-in-law, Jerry Wilson Dueitt.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Cindy Dueitt Harvison; children, William Anthony Harvison, Wesley Ray Harvison, Shania Renee Harvison, Eric Wilson Bradley, and David Eugene “BJ” (Ashley) Bradley; grandchildren, Azariah Reign Bradley, Layken Grace Bradley, Elijah Cole Bradley, and Stetson Lane Bradley; siblings, Zelma Havard, Mary Marshall, and Mitchell (Malinda) Harvison; mother-in-law, Joyce Virginia Dueitt; numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The Visitation will be Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church. The Funeral Service will be Friday, December 20, 2024 beginning at 12:00 PM in the sanctuary with Bro. Gerald Givens, Bro. William “H” Goff, and Bro. Andrew Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in Mahoba Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include Robbie Havard, Devin Dueitt, Greg Dueitt, Elmer Harvison, Harvey Lee McCardle, Dalton Harvison, Jerry “DJ” Dueitt, and Eric Dueitt. Honorary Pallbearers include, Sean Swazey and Cody Kirkwood.
