Annie Lee Rouse, age 81, passed away January 11. 2022. She was born in George County on November 25, 1940. She married the love of her life at a young age, Troy “T.L.” Rouse. She was an extremely hard worker and lived life to the fullest. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her granddaughters. She was devoted to her family and will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Troy “T.L.” Rouse; son, Rickey L. Rouse; siblings Doris Jean Parazine and John Merlin Mizelle.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Mike Rouse and Steve (Lisa) Rouse; grandchildren, Moriah Jewel Rouse and Juliana Leigh Rouse; daughter-in-law, Susan Rouse; brothers, Homer Mizelle and Melvin Mizelle; numerous other relatives and friends.
The Funeral Service for Annie Rouse will be Sunday, January 16, 2022 beginning at 2:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home with Dr. Paul Brashier and Dr. Tommy Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include Trey Collins, Kenny Pierce, Lucio Morales, Carlton Stabler, Mitchell Summers and Tommy Cannon.
