Annie Lynn (Edmonds) Davis

Annie Lynn Davis, age 77, passed away August 14, 2023 with her family by her side. She was a faithful member of Red Creek Missionary Baptist Church, loving mother, grandmother and sister who will be missed.            

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie A. Davis; parents, Edgar Edmonds and Xemena Dickerson Edmonds; grandson, Skyler Davis; son-in-law Robert F. Smith.  

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Darlene Davis Smith, Eddie (Pookie) Davis and Dorothy Davis; 10 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; siblings, Jimmy Edmonds, Ferita Edmond (Alton) Stokes and Jacky (Donna) Joiner; other relatives and friends.

The Visitation will be Friday, August 18, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Sam McClure and Bro. Alton Stokes officiating. Burial will be in Moffett Cemetery, where Ms. Annie will be laid to rest by her husband. Pallbearers include Dalton Davis, Tyler Thornton, Blain Thornton, Logan Smith, Al Stokes and Scotty Stokes.
