Anita Gail Churchwell, age 63, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2024 with her family by her side. She greatly enjoyed arts and crafts, working in her flower garden, decorating her beautiful home, scrap booking, and bargain shopping. She attended Fellowship Baptist Church, was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to so many.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Deborah Clark; nephew Irvin (D.J.) Dwain Clark, Jr.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Norman Kim Churchwell; sons, Chris (Sara) Dueitt, and Raleigh (Jada) Dueitt; grandchildren, Jaleigh, Nathan, Cameron, Maddison, and Kassidy Dueitt; parents, Huey Paul and Vonita Louis Kittrell Clark; brothers, Paul (Terry) Clark, Barkley (Connie) Clark, and Irvin Clark; nieces and nephews, Encia, Maygen, Brianna, Karley, Gail, Danielle, Eric, BJ, Jared, Kyle, and Brandon; numerous other relatives and friends.
The Visitation will be Friday, July 19, 2024 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Moments Funeral Home, Leakesville. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. David Walley and Bro. Andrew Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in C & C Family Cemetery. Pallbearers include BJ Clark, Jared Clark, Kyle Clark, Jamey Holloman, Nathan Dueitt, Cameron Dueitt, and Chad McLeod. Honorary Pallbearers include Asher Clark, Anderson Clark, and Avery Clark.
